Moving your body can be one of the most restorative and energy shifting acts you can do for yourself. Can you recall how good you felt after doing a cannon ball into a lake? dancing to your favorite song? or crossing the finish line after your first 10k? Getting the blood flowing in your body helps flush out toxins and moves energy around enabling those ENDORPHINS to send signals to the brain that wake up the motivational centers and ignite our senses!
Short on time ?? Do some jumping jacks, run up and down a flight of stairs at your home/office, do a chinese fire drill (safely!) when driving with friends.....get creative but get MOVING!
