This is all about GETTING ALIGNED with who you REALLY ARE!
Exchanging the constant chaos for Quality Time, the stress for Support, the self criticism and doubt for Inspired Empowerment.
What makes this coaching different from other programs is that I provide spiritual and scientific strategies built around ACTION that retrain the brain toward new habits, beliefs and goals instead of providing a mere platform for talking about dissatisfaction. As a result, you will receive opportunities to actually practice techniques and new approaches to goal setting with support and accountability, widening your scope of vision for what’s possible! This is your opportunity to transform your life and pave the way for change that sticks.
Private Coaching is offered as a 6 week online coaching series with weekly check-ins via Facebook Live and weekly 1:1 30min accountability calls.
Prior to first Session: client fills out Discovery form, sends to Deb and follows preparation checklist!
Week 1: Identifying Stress: Understanding how stress affects us and the relationship to our energy bodies. Introduction to two meditation styles.
Week 2: Responding to Overwhelm: Learning the tools available to cope with and respond to stressors mindfully. Intro to various activities and strategies to practice.
Week 3: Clearing old thinking/habits and preparing for the creation of a NEW story. Working on reframing fear and developing your values compass.
Week 4: Goal Setting and Alignment: creating new and empowering goals that relate directly to your core values and move your life forward on a path in line with your true self. Introduction to new Yoga Nidra meditation for support in normalizing new thought process.
Week 5: Writing your Life Manifesto! Using principals of the Law of Attraction and the power of brain neuroplasticity to support manifestation of your new thought patterns, habits and goals.
Week 6: Putting it all together and creating your ongoing support system. Collaborating with your coach to create a toolkit of resources, routines, boundaries, accountability to keep the momentum high and progress forward! Bonus Downloads include additional mindfulness work PDF and comprehensive resource page with links to all of Deb’s favorite support/inspiration tools.
Ongoing support: package includes 1 check in call 1 month after completion of series. Participants interested in additional sessions can purchase them as needed.
